USN Vooma 100 Ultra Energy Gel Vanilla

Vooma Gel is a carbohydrate-rich energy gel designed to keep your body energised and provide carbohydrates for energy production during endurance activities. It can also be used to load and replenish glycogen stores before activity.

Ingredients

Sodium: assists with controlling sodium levels that decline during endurance activities. Assists with preventing cramps and dehydration.

Potassium: assists in enhancing muscle strength, metabolism, water balance, electrolytic functions and the nervous system.

Vitamin C: repairs oxidative damage caused to cells by extended periods of exercise.

Vooma Energy Gel has both a caffeine-based and caffeine-free option to make the product suitable for individuals who are sensitive to caffeine. The Chocolate flavour contains caffeine, whereas the Peach and Vanilla flavours are caffeine-free.

Recommended Use

• Take 1 sachet with 250 ml water every 30–40 minutes during an event.
• Reduce intake when combining with other energy sources.
• Optional: take 1 sachet 30 minutes prior to an event/training session, and another 2–3 sachets afterwards, if no additional products are used.
